The 28th Shanghai International Baking Exhibition has successfully concluded
From May 20th to 23rd, the 28th China International Baking Exhibition (Bakery China 2026) themed "Innovation Without Borders, First-of-its-Kind Convergence, Connecting the Future" successfully ended at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
As one of the most significant professional events in the baking industry chain not only in Asia-Pacific but at a global level as well, this exhibition with an area of 330,000 square meters and a layout of 13 exhibition halls hosted more than 2,200 exhibitors from over 70 countries and regions of the world. Besides, it received nearly 400,000 professional buyers from 144 countries and regions, whereas the number of overseas buyers showed an increase of 80% compared to the last edition making it a core hub for connecting the Chinese and foreign baking supply chains.
