Two 40ft High-Cube Containers of Lidded Toast Pans Shipped
Recently, we finished manufacture, thorough check, packaging and container loading of a huge amount of Pullman loaf pans with lids. Two 40-foot high-cube containers carrying shelves full of these pans have been shipped; they will be delivered to dozens of large industrial bakeries in Europe, Americas, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
The main product in this shipment is a 4-unit combined lidded loaf pan as seen in the picture. These pans are made of thickened, one-piece formed aluminized steel which not only gives them high strength but also allows them to keep their shape after being used in high-temperature ovens for a long time. The corrugated interior design works with the food-grade non-stick coating to make sure that the heat is distributed evenly and the baking is released without any sticking or tearing. The moisture being trapped by the lid means the loaves will have sharp, straight edges and be of uniform shape - exactly what the supermarket retailers want for their shelf standardization. Turning four separate pans into one unit also makes it possible for the bakeries to bake several loaves at a time, which greatly increases the utilization of ovens and results in reduction of the production costs. Because of that, this model is always one of the favorites among large buyers who come from overseas and buy whole containers.
Being such dependable items on which the foreign customers practically base their loyalty to us, these pans, therefore, yield regular repeat orders quite often. Factory is capable of producing everything from single rectangular pans to connected multi-cavity or lidded versions using the molds completely customized to the client’s oven dimensions. After having been in their hands a long time, these stable production lines enable us to conduct major, whole container orders on a regular basis, and at the same time, we keep our schedule very tightly controlled to ensure a timely shipping.
The delivery of these two containers quite nicely shows how strongly the overseas market trusts our products. On the other hand, we are not planning to stop at that point. We will continue to work on our coating processes and structural designs so as to provide even more durability. In addition to supplying the highest quality, most economical loaf pans and commercial baking trays to bakeries worldwide, our aim is to gradually increase the share of the international market.
