A: We use a thickened base material and a fully reinforced perimeter frame, and after repeated baking tests at 260℃, our resistance to deformation far exceeds that of ordinary baking pans. Under normal commercial use, it is not easily deformed.
Q2: How well does it release from the mold? Will it stick to the tray?
A: The inner surface of the baking pan is coated with a food-grade non-stick material and has a diagonal corrugated textural finish. Normal usage can lead to a demolding efficiency that is above 99%.
